Looking for a perfect hideaway in the lush green Northern part of la Gomera? A cosy cottage of ca. 45 m2 in the upper parts of the beautiful Garabato valley, directly on a hiking trail, is a perfect choice. From here you can explore the whole island. It's best suitable for couples, possibly with a child. Please bear in mind that the second room is very tiny and it has a basic bed of 90 x 200 cm (although the matrass is new and comfortable). Pls check the photos to avoid misunderstandings! The space This peaceful cottage is perfectly hidden in the shade of the lush vegetation. Easily accessible from the road. It has a dining place, a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bed (140 cm) on the mezzanine and a tiny additional bedroom with a single (but comfortable) mattress. Both mattresses are new. Guest access The cottage makes part of a larger country house but it's fully independent. It has wifi access. During our absence in the main house our guests can use the large sun terrace (ideal for dining or relaxing) Other things to note Please bear in mind that the cottage is literally embedded in the nature which means that you can have less solicited visitors like: small shy lizards, tiny sweet gekkos, an accidental mouse, spiders and other stuff on multiple legs. However, none of these creatures poses a health risk and all are small like La Gomera. Anyway, having learned from the experience of an arachnophobic guest we prefer to be clear about that. The good news is that mosquitos are basically absent so you can enjoy evenings outside without ddt and there were no cockroaches spotted since 2016. :) For guests staying for a week and more there's opportunity to arrange washing clothes for free.
