Charming 140 m2 townhouse in a small country village with garden. Between lake and mountain, in the Chablais, it is located about 30 minutes from Geneva and 20 minutes from Lake Geneva. Great for family vacations or groups of friends, or for a business stay. The space You will find the calm of the countryside while being close to major roads. It is an ideal place to explore the region, a few examples by car: 18 min from the nearest beach (Tougues beach), 29 min from Thonon-les-Bains, 30 min from the nearest ski resort (Hirmentaz), 30 min from Geneva, 50 min from Annecy. It will also be perfect for business trips. The house sleeps 8 guests, it is arranged on several levels. It consists of: Ground floor: • A garage for parking a car, with laundry area (washer and dryer), • A courtyard with an outdoor parking space, • A garden equipped with outdoor furniture under an arbor allowing you to eat outside and also to park an additional vehicle, • A courette with stairs leading to the entrance of the house. 1st floor: • An entrance with an airlock, • A beautiful living space with a large open kitchen, a dining area with a large dining table, a living room with sofa, 2 armchairs and a play area for children, 1st floor and a half, right: • A second living room with TV, • A "pink" bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed, • A bathroom, • A separate toilet 2nd floor right: • A "dormitory" bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and 2 90 x 200 cm beds, • A bathroom with shower and toilet. 2nd floor left: • A "blue" bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and a small sink area. The bedrooms, all quiet, are far from each other and located on either side of the house, so they allow everyone to have their privacy. All windows are equipped with shutters. The rooms, especially the bedrooms, are large and have beautiful ceiling heights. Do not overload yourself unnecessarily, we provide you with all the necessary linen for a pleasant stay: bed linen, bath linen, dish towels etc… You will also find basic groceries: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, teas and herbal teas. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, with the exception of one room and 2 closets which are reserved for the family's personal belongings.
