Facilities include: Swimming pool hall (525 m²) with a 5-meter-deep, 25-meter-long pool Fitness classroom (64 m²) Sauna for 6 people About the apartment 2 separate rooms, perfect for 2 people (can accommodate up to 4) Located on the 8th floor with 3 elevators Situated in the strict center of Warsaw, in the heart of the city The separate kitchen is fully equipped with: Large fridge with freezer Gas cooker Electric oven Electric kettle Pots, dishes, cutlery Washing machine The hall includes: Wardrobe Sensor lights Fire sensor Bathroom features: Walk-in wet room Toilet Basin Additional equipment: LED TV Iron and ironing board Vacuum cleaner The bigger room (13 m²) has air conditioning that easily cools the smaller room (10 m²). Both rooms have bed linens, pillows, and central heating. A TV and a 3-person sofa bed (IKEA) are located in the bigger room. As shown in the photos, the flat is simple, modern, independent, and functional — no additional decorations. If you require extra equipment or decorations, please search for another apartment. Rules: No smoking Not suitable for pets May not be safe or suitable for infants (under 2 years) Check-in anytime after 2 PM Check-out by 10 AM Other things to note LED lighting in bathroom, kitchen are operated automatically by movement sensor. They turn off after 3minutes. Bathroom and Kitchen also operated from manual switch. - pay and display car parking in front of the building. Free parking is available couple stops away but not directly outside flat. - swimming pool and gym paid separately to ORKA or covered by the host: Note this is a seasonal promotion- check with the host before booking if included in the price. - security guard downstairs is at your disposal at any time, they are available downstairs 24hr round clock. - if you need anything that is missing please let me know directly I can organize/follow up ASAP.
