Jack Homestay (Max 16 pax) The space 3 Storey Semi Detached house in Bayshore, Lutong . It has 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom that can comfortably fits maximum 16 people. The house has air-conditioning, toiletries, hot and cold water, hairdryer, washing machine, stove, TV and Free Wi-Fi. We have a side patio linked to each of the bedrooms via a sliding door. [Living Room] The living room and the adjoining dining area are air conditioned. We have a TV and unlimited Wi-Fi for your entertainment. [Bedrooms] All the bedrooms are air conditioned. The bedrooms have mattress, pillows and blankets. The bed lines and pillow cases and blankets are replaced after each group of guests leave. All the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms that allow greatest convenience. Our homestay allows a comfortable stay for 16 people. Welcome big group of guest when weddings or family gatherings are in. Max 16 People can live in our 6 bedrooms. [Master bedroom-901] There are one King-sized bed in the master bedroom. [Second bedroom-902] There are one Queen-sized bed and two single-sized bed in this bedroom. [Third and Fourth bedroom-906 & 907] There is one Queen-sized bed in these bedrooms separately. [Fifth bedroom-903] This bedroom has one Queen-size bed and one bulk bed. [Sixth bedroom-905] This bedroom has one Queen-size bed. Suitable for business traveler, big family (with kids), and backpackers! Weddings, Parties, Family Gatherings must inform us in advance before booking. [Bathrooms] All bathrooms are connected to bedrooms and have a seated toilet and rain shower each. Hot and cold water are available in all bathrooms. Body soap, shampoo, toilet paper and towels are provided. [Kitchen] There are stove installed in the kitchen. Please note that only light cooking is allowed in this house. Besides that, the kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, cutlery, bowls, plates and cups for simple food preparation. [Laundry area] There is a laundry area. We have in place a washing machine, clothes hanging rack, pegs and detergent in the laundry area for your use. Hair dryers are available in each bedrooms. Please handle with care and put in the original place where you have taken them. We will send house manual on arrival day, it is very important to make sure you have a smooth check in and check out.
