Bedroom 1 (master bedroom) has a double bed and sleeps two. Bedroom 2 has a Captain's bunk - a double bottom and a single top bunk - which sleeps two or three. Bedroom 3 has a single bed and can fit the single mattress from Bedroom 2, to make a twin. It can also be converted into a dedicated workspace if not needed as a bedroom. Floors are tiled or hardwood throughout. Guests are welcome to use the sunny garden, which has a paved patio area with table and chairs, Adirondack-style (reclining) chairs, plus plenty of lawn and trees. This property, including grounds, is strictly non smoking due to the non-standard construction, and the shared garden areas. Guest access There is plenty of parking space on the drive (free). I will meet you on arrival with keys and to answer questions. I usually ask which bedrooms/beds you will like prepared. Bedroom 3 can be converted into a workspace. A folding gate opens to the garden, which has a patio with table and chairs, plus Adirondack-style chairs with reclining backs - perfect for enjoying the sun and views. Other things to note On departure, I only ask that you put used towels in the hamper provided. That's it. Please note that the one-off cleaning fee enables me to reduce the nightly rate. It's also a big place to clean and prepare! The cleaning fee covers washing linens and a full clean of the house (hoovering, dusting, mopping, scrubbing loos, cleaning the kitchen, washing windows, etc). Other funds raised go directly to the ongoing upkeep and updating of the property, which is my family home - it was built for my grandparents and I grew up here.
