Welcome to our mountain house in Colere! Surrounded by the enchanting Orobie landscape, our little refuge is located in Val di Scalve, a particularly peaceful area. In winter it is a tourist destination for skiers - together with the nearby Schilpario for cross-country skiers - while in summer it is the ideal place for hikers, nature lovers and outdoor walks. The house is a small semi-detached house, comfortable and welcoming, perfect for couples or families of up to 5 people. It is arranged over two floors and is located in the residential area of ​​Colere, ten minute walking from the center and the main services. It has a private entrance and a single garage available to guests. The courtyard in front of the house will allow you to enjoy moments of relax admiring the Presolana and the Albani Refuge. The first floor has the living room with equipped kitchen, table with chest, sofa and fireplace. The spiral staircase leads to the upper floor consisting of a double bedroom, a large balcony with mountain views and a bathroom with shower.
