The Risk Valley Farm Cottage

The Risk Valley farm cottage is recently built, combining modern, traditional and privacy located in the foothills of Mt Lion and the Border Rangers NP. The farm is 230 acres of magical mountain views, breeding cattle and horses. The cottage features a large veranda and patio to take in the view over the valley. Easy drive to Kyogle, as well as beaches of Byron, Lennox and Brunswick just over an hour. Within 2 hours of the Gold Coast and Brisbane, this is the perfect romantic country getaway. The space The cottage is totally private from the main house and has a new rustic kitchenette, no stove but hotplates, microwave and slow cooker's etc. Both heated and air conditioned with Bi-fold doors that will open the living area to the veranda for long summer days. The patio is flood lit with a small new barbeque and fire pit, both with beautiful valley views. Television, plus mobile and internet (Please note.....Telstra 4g & NBN reception only). About 2 km's of gravel road to the cottage from the Summerland Way and only a short 5 minute run to the quaint village of Wiangaree if you require supplies. Kyogle is the 'Rainforest Gateway', so an abundance of places to visit in the region or just soak up the country atmosphere.
