The space The space is a private basement studio with private entrance and full kitchenette. There is a shared fenced-in front yard and an un-fenced back yard. There is a covered patio right outside the sliding glass door (keypad entry) with patio furniture, hanging lights, picnic table, chest with outdoor games, BBQ grill, hammock and firepit. You have beautiful views of rolling hills and the Blue Ridge Mountains. There is a 40" TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Spectrum, and other apps. Guest access The neighborhood is very pastoral with a world class horse farm right down the road. You can walk around the neighborhood but need transportation to get to shopping and dining 10 minutes away. There is a Walmart, Lowes, Publix, Ingles and other shops and galleries in downtown Weaverville 10 minutes away and don't forget the world famous Well-Bred Bakery and Blue Mountain Pizza in downtown Weaverville, Other things to note Plenty of amenities for your dog (under 20 pounds and over 1 year old please) ie. dog bed, doggie waste bags, dog drying towel, doggie shampoo and conditioner, tie out cable with stakes, feeding bowls, and a doggie sprinkle pool (upon request) Please you must keep an eye on your dog at all times.
