ABOUT THE HOUSE The property is located in Bonn- Beuel district, in a heritage charming house of 350 sqm. On the ground floor of 120 sqm are 3 double rooms with kitchen, a shared bathroom, laundry, basement, bikes storage, party room, a little fitness room, and a nice garden. The space ROOM 2- Availability: July 2023. For one person. We offer a double room in a beautiful shared house. Conditions: minimum stay 90 nights. THE HOUSE it is a big and nice heritage house of 350 sq with 3 bedrooms with kitchen each, located on the first level. These 3 rooms share a bathroom. The second and third level is a shared apartment with 6 bedrooms, a kitchen, terrace, and 2 bathrooms. ROOM 2 (please see the floor plan). for one person. The double bedroom has 20 sqm and is fully furnished with a double bed of 1.40 x 200 m, mattress, bedding, wardrobe, towels, lamps, shelves, side tables, bedside table, commode, armchair, kitchen, door lock, central heating, desk, and wifi internet. The bathroom is shared with the other 2 rooms. COMMON AREAS garden, laundry, bikes storage, party room, fines room, and access to the common areas of the house. The price includes heating, chimney sweep, warm/cold water, property tax of the city of Bonn, garbage fees, GEZ (TV tax), flat rate for internet via wireless LAN (WLAN), and maintenance and repair services. Bed linen There is a complete set of bed linen and towels. Furnishings The property and room are fully furnished. Keys All rooms have keys. Visitors Visitors (meaning tourists) with an overnight stay on the property, only short stays are allowed. These must be notified in advance. For the use of the basic services (water, electricity, gas, etc.). The tenant will have to pay for his/ her guest 5 EUR per day which can be paid by bank transfer. Services All the property equipment and basic services (water, electricity, gas, internet, Tax tv), maintenance and repair services are included in the rental price. Pets and smoking Are not allowed on the property. Registration (Anmeldung) We make a contract with an option to do the register (Anmeldung). For contracts with a minimum stay of 3 months. Contract We make a temporary rental contract with a minimum stay of three months. The services of this website will be applied for the management of rental payments. Bond As a security deposit, the tenant must pay one month's deposit at the time of check-in, which will be returned at the end of the contract. Other things to note This is not a tourist house. It is a shared property with other students or young professionals (Wohngemeinschaft). We do not offer a cleaning service or breakfast during the stay. The cleaning of the property is responsibility of the tenants. Reservations can only be accepted for students with proof of enrollment/document from the university or young professionals who are starting a new job/stage in Bonn. This is a property for common use, with furnished rooms that are rented individually, on a temporary basis. Minimum stay 3 months and maximum stay one year. Suitable for students and young professionals, to live in an international environment.
