Located on the hill of Gardone Riviera, near the small village of Bezzuglio, Villa Lucia is surrounded by a large garden of 5,000 m2 with swimming pool, from which you can enjoy the enchanting view overlooking Lake Garda. The apartment "Gli Olivi" has a total surface of about 140m2, and has a living room with sofas and open kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, for a total of six beds. The other 2 apartments can be rented to other guests. The space "Villa Lucia" is newly built and it is divided into three independent living areas. These 3 apartments have in common the swimming pool and the big garden that surrounds them. It is possibile, if available, to rent more than one apartment: you can also rent "I Limoni" Apartment", with two bedrooms (4 beds and 1 double sofa bed), and "Gli Iris" Apartment", with a bedroom (1 bed and 1 double sofa bed). The apartment "Gli Olivi" has all the technological features to make your stay unforgettable: • full kitchen with appliances (induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, ventilated oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, extractor hood); • conditioned area in the living room, normally not necessary because the whole Villa is bioclimatic and therefore particularly thermally insulated; • bathrooms with separate glass showers; • Wi-Fi Internet connection with signal repeater in each apartment; •washing machine; •covered porch with a table (lake view!). Exclusive use of the guests of "Gli Olivi" apartment; •a part of the garden, exclusive use of the guests of "Gli Olivi" apartment; •Barbecue area, exclusive use of the guests of "Gli Olivi" apartment. The house is located on the hill overlooking the town of Gardone Riviera, in the naturalistic area of the Alto Garda Park, which offers you the possibility of wonderful walks and mountain bike excursions, enjoying the splendid view of the Lake below. The rental price includes: • electricity; • conditioned air; • hot and cold water; • high speed wireless internet; • satellite television with international channels; • sheets and towels (a weekly change); • final cleaning. The rental price does not include: • city tax of € 1.00 per day per person over the age of 14, which will be paid on arrival in cash. The Villa is about 1km from the shore of the lake and its beaches, and is connected by a tarmac road and fairly steep, passable by car without particular difficulty (the Villa is 160 meters above the lake level). The secondary road, which leads to our villa and connects it to the main road is public and asphalted. Free parking in our property! Guest access The inground infinity pool measures 8 x 4 meters and has a depth of about 1,40 meters. You can also have fun playing ping-pong and table football. Please remind that these facilities are shared with all the other guests.
