Kingfisher Lodge is one of those homes that makes slowing down feel effortless. With floor-to-ceiling glass looking across the lake and three spacious en-suite bedrooms, it blends relaxed comfort with a touch of luxury. Mornings start quietly with coffee on the huge deck, and before long you’re debating the kayak, the hot tub or a long lunch with that fantastic lakeside view. The space Kingfisher Lodge sleeps up to seven guests across three en-suite bedrooms, including a master with a balcony and an armchair bed for a seventh guest. Two bedrooms can be set up as twins or super kings. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped, and the lounge includes SKY, a Smart TV, Sonos and Spotify. Underfloor heating and floor-to-ceiling glass make the space bright and comfortable year-round. The enclosed lakefront deck features a private hot tub, BBQ and outdoor seating, with direct access to the water. The lodge is pet-friendly and welcomes up to two well-behaved dogs. Guest access You’ll have full use of the lodge, including the enclosed lakefront deck, private hot tub, outdoor dining area and BBQ. The deck has direct lake access via a gated walkway, and private parking is right outside the property. You’ll also have use of the lodge’s kayak, giving you instant access to the water from the deck. The lodge sits within the secure, gated Waters Edge estate, ensuring a peaceful and private setting throughout your stay. Other things to note We’re dog-friendly and welcome up to two dogs (a charge applies and a third may be possible on request). A high chair and travel cot are already at the property and ready to use at no extra cost, so there’s no need to request them in advance. We can also help with light decoration touches for birthdays, proposals or other occasions. Paddleboard hire is available, and with easy lake access, it’s perfect for slow mornings on the water or sunset paddles. The lodge sits within the private, gated Waters Edge estate - a peaceful place designed for relaxed breaks rather than large or noisy gatherings.
