This secure and beautiful newly renovated home is located in Scott Estate which is a very central area in Hout Bay. The home consists of three bedrooms (sleeps 4 - 6), please confirm number of people and we will arrange beds accordingly. There are two bathrooms, a swimming pool, a lovely outside entertainment deck area, a TV with DStV and netflix access and a modern open-plan kitchen leading into the lounge and dining area. The space The house is perfectly situated within easy travelling distance of the Cape Town CBD via the coastal road. Hout Bay has all the shops you would need, as well as a fair amount of restaurants. Llandudno Beach is just a short drive away and it is one of Cape Town's best swimming beaches.
