Close to the beach and with panoramic views over the bay of Cargèse and the mountains: Charming villa with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and many terraces The space The villa is exceptionally beautifully situated on the hillside, at the edge of a private holiday home settlement. Different living areas are spread over three levels, each with its own terraces, offering the most beautiful views of the village of Cargèse, the bay of Pero and the mountains at any time of the day. The quiet but steep residential road leads you from the beach to the house only a few hundred metres away. Thanks to the two separate sleeping areas, the villa is also suitable for holidays with two couples or families with grandparents. Guest access Free access to the large garden. The garage is not rented out, but there is enough space on the plot in front of the garage for two cars. Other things to note The house must be cleaned by the guests themselves before departure. We will be happy to arrange cleaning assistance if required (availability is limited, please let us know in advance). Bed linen and shower and beach towels can be provided, for which a flat rate of €10 per person is payable on site. In case of drought (especially in July and August) we come to the garden for watering about every two to three days.
