2-room apartment in a farmhouse

Furnished accommodation comprising a living room – kitchen on the ground floor with sofa bed, exit to the garden. Upstairs 1 bedroom (140 bed) with bathroom (shower) and toilet. It is an old farmhouse at the end of a road 3 km from the village. The space The accommodation is on 2 levels of 25 m2 each. On the ground floor, the kitchen-living room with a 140 x 190 sofa bed. Bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190), a wardrobe, a small desk. We can add on request a folding crib or a 70 cm bed or a mattress on the floor. In the bathroom you will find a shower, sink and toilet. Towels not provided. Guest access You have access to part of the garden, a large table is at your disposal and a parking space is reserved for you. If you're traveling on horseback we can provide you with 1 box or access to the meadow (price to be negotiated). Other animals aren't allowed. Other things to note The accommodation is equipped with a fridge, a gas stove + electric oven and a microwave in the kitchen. Upon arrival you will find salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, mustard, sugar, coffee, tea, dishwashing liquid, household products and toilet paper to be replenished by you during your stay if necessary. The beds are 140 x 190 equipped with a mattress protector. There is a duvet / bed plus blankets as well as 2 square pillows 63x63 and two rectangular pillows 50x70. Linens and towels are not provided.
