Book our new 3 room flat (89sqm) with fully furnished and new high quality fitted kitchen. From the balcony you have an indirect view of the Ammersee and in only 4 minutes on foot you are already at the longest lake promenade in Germany. The S-Bahn (S8 Munich and airport) is a 15-minute walk away. Guest access Unfortunately, personal delivery is no longer possible. I have created video instructions which I will be happy to send you by e-mail. I also need the e-mail address to send you the invitation link to open the door. First access is then via the Nuki app. Other things to note The apartment is equipped with a natural parquet floor (oiled), therefore it is important that standing water on the floor is removed immediately. We have sound-resducing windows, which are however very heavy, so please avoid a passage and the addition of the windows. Thank you very much.
