Calm and relaxation by the Eure (Mirabelle)

Come and recharge your batteries on the banks of the Eure, in the village of Saint-Aquilin-de-Pacy. You can enjoy your stay to visit Giverny, Vernon, Les Andelys, the exceptional site of La Roche Guyon, Le Château d'Anet, etc. The city center of PACY-SUR-EURE with its shops and restaurants is a 5-minute walk away. For more "nature" activities, superb paths await you for walks on foot, by bike or on horseback, the Eure for fishing or a canoe ride. The space The "Mirabelle" cottage is one of the three cottages that make up "Le Clos de la Tannerie". Its area is 38 m2. It includes a kitchenette and dining area open to the living room, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet and a small terrace at the front with table, garden chairs and barbecue (in fine weather). Its capacity is 2 people but the sofa is convertible, we can exceptionally accommodate 2 additional people (see pricing conditions below). You can also enjoy the garden of about 3000 m2 bordered by the Eure, on which we have wooden tables and benches from spring onwards. This garden is shared with the other cottages. It is with great pleasure that I will share my little paradise where I cultivate kindness and tranquility. People who share this mindset are welcome. Let others abstain. - Bed linen, towels and dish towels are provided. - Closed and free parking. - A washing machine is available in an outdoor laundry room for rentals of more than one week (the terms of use are to be defined upon check-in). - This accommodation is non-smoking. - We accept pets (1 maximum and small size) but we ask that you provide the necessary for their comfort and kindly keep them on a leash within the property (see pricing conditions below). - In order to preserve the tranquility of the premises, parties and events are not allowed. - RATES: €80.00 per night - Minimum of 2 nights - Extra person(s): + €15.00 per additional person per night. - If using the sofa, even if the number of occupants is less than or equal to 2: + €15 per stay - Maintenance fee: €30.00 - Pet fee: + €10 per stay - Minimum one week stay: - 15% - Minimum 4-week stay: - 30%
