Our 2 bedroom newly refurbished Town House, with panoramic sea views, is set on a Victorian terrace overlooking Tramore Bay. Sorry, but our house is not suitable or equipped for young Children under 10, No pets. 15 minute to Waterford City The space This house has just been completely refurbished inside and out to a very high standard. Downstairs is open plan with a large living area with panoramic window looking out on the Bay. The new kitchen is top quality with all modern appliances. The elevated dining room, at the back of the house is bright & spacious. It had a pitched roof with a large picture window looking our on to the court yard. High speed broadband and WiFi throughout the house. Smart TV with Multi channel TV 7 Netflix in living area and Multi Chanels in the main bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with full size electric cooker and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board & hair dryer PLEASE NOTE Sorry but our house is not suitable or equipped for young Children, there is a steep stairs and steps to dining area, no child locks etc. No pets. Guest access Guest have the use of the whole house. I also live in Tramore and I am available at any time if needs be. Other things to note Sorry, but our house is NOT suitable or equipped for young children under 10 years of age. No Pets. No smoking in the house. Smoking is only allowed in the courtyard.
