The Granary/Hottub English Bicknor Forest of Dean.

The quirky Granary with amazing views, is perfect for that romantic getaway. Relax and unwind and forget about the outside world for awhile. It is cosy and unique in its design and feel. Formerly a 17th Century Granary, tastefully and lovingly renovated, it now provides the perfect place to stay. Pets welcome. Complete with private hot tub on the balcony, for 24/7 private use by guests & set at a constant temperature of 40c. The balcony enjoys panormic views of open countryside. And relax..... The space The Granary is accessed up original stone steps to the first floor. The accommodation is on one level with the sleeping platform being above the living area. Accommodation consists of table and chairs with comfortable sofa with TV, Hifi and all necessary equipment in the kitchen area. Attached to the living area is a spacious balcony, including private hot tub, BBQ sun loungers and umbrella, Bistro table and chairs, so sit back and enjoy the views. Pets are welcome. The Granary is surrounded by Forest and open farm land so there is plenty of space to exercise your dog without having to use a car. We can provide our guests with special guest packages designed to help celebrate special anniversaries, birthdays etc. These include, flowers, cakes/ afternoon tea, balloon packages and meal ready when you arrive. All details will be available once you book. Please note that we live in a very rural area so please do not expect the same facilities as might be enjoyed in an urban environment. The forestry lane is bumpy and muddy but perfectly safe, so don't be alarmed. An Aston Martin may not be a good choice of vehicle! Wifi is available, but is subject to weather conditions, water logging and wild boar interference! These things are beyond our control so please be mindful if Wifi is critical to your stay. It is all part of the lifestyle! Guest access Guests will have access to all of the first floor of property and the balcony which includes the private hot tub. The latter is available all year round and is used exclusively by Granary guests. Other things to note Parking is available close to the property which is accessed down a Forest England track. This road is not recognised by SAT NAV so clear directions are sent to guests prior to their visit.
