House with garden

Booking is possible for a minimum of 2 nights. The house is in the countryside, halfway between Nantes and Vannes. The village includes a small port on the banks of the Vilaine. We are 9 km from La Roche Bernard and 30 minutes from the sea (Penestin and the gold mine beach). The space The house includes a large living room (the fireplace is not usable by guests). In the back kitchen, there is: refrigerator, washing machine and other electrical appliances. The bedroom and bathroom are adjoining. Upstairs, an office with a sofa bed (there is no access to the roof terrace, for safety reasons). There are no curtains upstairs. The bedroom and bathroom are contiguous (note: there are no shutters or curtains on the windows). Upstairs, an office. An extra bed can be installed (not for young children: access to the roof terrace is reserved for adults). I leave personal papers and working documents there, but I trust the guests. There are groceries, food... in the cupboards and in the fridge. Guests can help themselves... and leave a financial contribution. Same for laundry and various cleaning products. Above the washing machine, in the back kitchen, there are products for the washing machine and dishwasher. Be careful when using the washing machine: for the wool program, you must adjust the spin speed... otherwise it is at maximum. Close all windows when leaving the house. Some are tilt-and-turn: they can stay in this position for a short absence, when it is very hot. Always leave the doors upstairs closed. Also, please turn off all the lights when you leave: in particular the two lights in the bathroom. When you leave, give the front door key to the neighbors (or in an envelope in the mailbox if they are away). Leave the back kitchen key on the lock. Thanks for understanding!
