INSIDE THE SPACE - A bug-free queen size mattress with clean satin linens. - A comfortable two seater sofa - TV and DVD player with cable TV and the DVDs - An extra fully equipped kitchen - An extendable dining table - Shower bathroom and toilet with fresh towels and toiletries set ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT AMENITIES - Built-in electric stove hobs with exhaust - Refridgerator with freezer - Hot water heater for shower - Microwave - Hot water thermos for kitchen - Air conditioning for the entire space - Hair dryer - Iron - Toaster - Universal electrical plugs for travelers - Wifi-internet available only upon request THE BUILDING - Common Lobby - Security guard - Paid parking facility nearby - Access-card required entrances - Shared residence-only outdoor swimming pool and tennis court There is no dishwasher or laundry in my apartment, but there are reliable laundry services downstairs that you can go to for your dirty clothes. I will also provide information for my apartment, the residence complex, and the mall when you arrive at my apartment for your better convenience and stay. This apartment is not located within this CBD, rather close to the airport and the famous old town of Batavia.
