A compact functional base with moderate facilities for you to use to explore. Walkable to the town centre, promenade and Jubilee Pool. Note: Cooking facilities are microwave, mini oven/grill. There is no hob. The space Guests will have access to “The Nook” via the side access alley to the back garden. On opening the Turquoise latched gate, you will walk around the corner of the main house to find “The Nook” at the very rear of the property. There are Turquoise arrow signs pointing in the direction of the self- contained unit. There is a key safe to the left of the door. The code will be sent separately in the welcome message. Guests will have use of the garden, patio, and decking area. Please note this is shared with the main householder, an occasional dog and two mischievous cats ! Guest access Garden area and use of your private room with basic kitchen toilet and shower room. Other things to note This room forms part of the owners house. The Nook is a self contained unit at the rear of the property accessible via side gate entrance. The garden is a shared space, but the owner does work longer hours and is not always present at the house. Always available by phone or text or via myself on Air BnB.
