The Penguins & famous Boulders Beach a 7min walk across a small golf course; 3min to Simonstown's Marine protected beaches for swimming & snorkelling. A MOST wonderful holiday location! This 2 bedroom (4people) self-catering cottage apartment is in a quiet & safe cul-de-sac. Has exclusive private patio with barbecue. Luxurious super-comfortable beds. Clean, neat & tastefully decorated. I am sure you'll have a happy holiday in my new accommodation. The guest cottage apartment is self-contained with a private outside patio garden. (From the front gate one walks through a pretty garden down to the lower part of the property. Initially there are 5 steps with a hand rail....and then another 6 steps into the cottage area. The cottage and patio are all one level. There are no more steps when one walks out of the property through the side access gate to the beaches.) Remember the whole of Simons Town hugs the mountain. In fact this property is thankfully very flat and it is very important to me that there are very few steps compared with other properties in this area. Other things to note I see the heading that says "Similar Listings to Yours" and although lovely apartments, I don't see the similarity with most of them. a) Remember this is completely independent accommodation b) Position, position, position! It is not a remotely long walk to the beach. It would be ridiculous to use a car to snorkel or to suntan on the beaches or see the Penguins. c) The property is quiet having no main road running directly in front of it. d) It is situated in a quiet cul de sac and although close to Penguins & beaches, there is no continual stream of tourists, busses, vehicles - no approaching problems with traffic or parking. e) Quiet accommodation with the birdie sounds doing their thing in your own private garden. f) The sunken garden with a Cape Floral nature garden and a nice braai area, is mainly sheltered if it is a big windy day. *Next door is Simonstown Country Club - Golf clubhouse includes a bar and lounge area with satellite sport TV, a pool table, outdoor braai / BBQ facilities, a dedicated smokers' patio, enjoy a well priced meal from Jacky's restaurant. *Snorkelling in the beautiful waters of Windmill beach - a hidden gem of kelp forests, sharks and fish varieties. *Snorkel with the Penguins *Shark Warrior Adventure *Scuba Diving *Nature Walks - See the wildlife at Cape Point Nature Reserve (10 minutes drive away), Admiral's Waterfall, Jaeger's Walk *Walk through Historical Simon's Town *Sea kayaking, surfing * Horse riding *In season Whale watching * Swimming with the seals
