Charming little house in the mountains with wonderful views and lots of tranquility and space. Located on top of a mountain and surrounded by farms and agritourism farms in the mountainous region of Pedra Azul in Espiritio Santo. The space The house has a spacious suite with a queen bed and a single bed. It has a large double bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. A guest bathroom. A living room with a sofa and TV. A large kitchen with tables and chairs, wood-burning stove and gas stove. A large balcony around the entire front and side of the house. Laundry room. And a green and spacious area. Guest access The house is located in Sitio Por Do Sol and guests will have access to the areas near the house and other areas of the site as well. The yellow house is our residence, but people will have free access to photograph and walk through all areas. Other things to note The house is on top of a mountain and surrounded by farms and ranches growing tomatoes, yams, avocados, oranges, strawberries and more. Please note that you may observe field workers in their work routines and occasionally see and hear planting, rocking and land preparation machines.
