If it is within the working time of my staff I will send someone to go in if anything needed fixing. if it is outside working it I will send my staff in the next day. · Please respect, that SMOKING IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN in the apartment or hallway (Fine: 10,000THB). You can smoke on the Balcony but please keep the Door / Window shut so the smell doesn't go into the apartment unit. · Outside guests are NOT ALLOWED to use the condo's amenities (Pool / Gym / Rooftop Area) (Fine: 1,000THB/Person) · Please note that you are renting out a private apartment in a residential house with other residents living in the building. Therefore please respect the night's rest of your neighbors and do not have loud music or gatherings. · For rooms without a designated place to put a working table, we have a foldable working table in the wardrobe. Working Chair will be in the room. · The Wifi router has been updated to 5G signal in every room. The internet speed the room subscribes to is 300/300Mbps. The wifi will likely not come to full speed as it determines on a lot of things including the receiving device. If the speed falls to an unacceptable standard or the wifi is not working please try and RESTART the router, if that still doesn't work please contact me and I will contact the Internet Provider on it. · The Fan is an additional appliance we provide in the unit, our staff cleans it a quarter yearly. You can contact me if you would like any additional cleaning. · Please always close all windows and doors when leaving the apartment or when it starts raining, otherwise the windows and floors will get ruined. · Please don't open the window when the ac is on, it will cause condensation from the ac. · AC may sometimes leak water due to over-usage. we clean the AC regularly every year. please notify me if the ac leaks. · Normal utility usage is about 800thb+ Long-term guest utility not included unless stated otherwise. · Extra utilities will be calculated with: Electricity 6thb/unit Water 35thb/unit · Please always turn off all lights when leaving the apartment! · Please ensure you have turned off all the appliances especially in the kitchen every time you leave the premises.
