Your room is in a groundfloor apartment, gay friendly, a quiet place with a beautifull view, canoe use optional, waterfront. It is a 10 minutes walk to the Jordaan (Centre). Nearby many little restaurants and terraces. It is a quiet and peacefull neighbourhood and we and the neighbours like to keep it that way, so 'party animals' and cannabis addicts this is not your place! We offer thai massage and footreflex. After 22:00 o clock please tranquility, no showering and kitchen use The space A- Big private room in a ground floor apartment with unique view waterfront. Tony & Santi live in the same apartment. Also from your bedroom you have a nice view over the garden and water. Very quiet though at walking distance from the Jordaan, Anna Frank House and City Center. - Bathroom and toilet are shared with owner. Towels are available. - You can make use of the kitchen for breakfast, there is microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator. breakfast (self service) before 1100 o'clock. - Respect the tranquility and silence in the house after 22:00 hours - In the bedroom you have flat screen color TV and WiFi. - Easy access to public transport The apartment is located in the old-west part of the city, 25 minutes walking from Central Station, 2 minutes from tram stops. Tram 13 takes you in 10 minutes to Central Station. Tram 12 and 3 takes you in 5 minutes to the museum district. - Supermarkets, restaurants around the corner. - We speak different languages - Dutch, English, Spanish, and some Portuguese, German and French - We are gayfriendly and celebrate diversity Guest access You can only use the kitchen to prepare easy and quick instant meals and you can put a few things in the fridge. After 22:00 o clock no use of the kitchen During your stay Casa gay friendly. Tony practiced Thai Massage in Thailand and received a certificate. For some muscle relax and energize your body do not hesitate to ask for body and foot massage. We have also a canoe available for max of 2 persons. You can paddle along the Anne Frank House and admire the old warehouses and dutch architecture from the canal. For price and times just ask and is available mostly in summer time. Other things to note After 2200 hours please be silent if you come in late. Do not use the shower or kitchen after 22:00 o clock and certainly not in the middle of the night and mind the doors. If you like to take a long sleep we will try to be silent. We ask from you the same: respect eachother because we are sharing the house. If Amsterdam is the place for you to party all night long, take drugs and abundant alcohol, please this room is not your place to be. Better find a more independent room or studio, more nice for you and for us ;) We try to make responsable use of electricity, water and gas. Please help us. Laundry? We help you: 5 euros a load.
