Child friendly garden with comfortable sofa/patio area. Catch a train direct to London in just over an hour or simply browse the Brighton Laines. Hire bikes and cycle to Worthing Pier for afternoon tea! The space Our family home is situated between the Adur River, the South Downs and quite beautiful Shoreham Beach. (All walking distance). The kitchen opens on to a child friendly garden, when you open the doors that span the width of the house there is a sense of living outside. The street is quiet with no passing noisy traffic so the only noise to wake you will be the seagulls encouraging you out for a morning swim! Being a child friendly house all toys can be played with and encouraged! But the most important thing is to relax and slow down! Upstairs has two bathrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds and two double bedrooms. Downstairs has one loo, a living room and a large sociable family kitchen where most people spend their time!
