Detached cottage for 6 at Quinta da Bizelga, a historic Portuguese estate near the templar city Tomar. Comfortable open-plan living/dining/ fully equipped kitchen; 3 double bedrooms, one with King bed, 2 with twins. Two bathrooms (one en suite). Private terrace, Bar-B-Q. Guest access The entire estate is open to our guests. - A selection of fruit or veggies from the farm, a bottle of wine, lemonade and fresh eggs await you when you arrive. - "A baker comes every morning (but Sunday) at 8am with his van to deliver baked goods, and his pastel de laranja, natas and pan de deus are delectable. " - Our excellent cook Margarida can provide you with snacks or light meals. - Kiddie park, games room (ping-pong, table football, card table, sand-box and trampoline for children). Cool drinks from the fridge on honour system. - Take great walks/hikes through the property to an old stone irrigation tank, to a pre-Roman site of ancient worship, to the valley and to a village within the quinta. - Small supermarket and wonderful veggies and fruit a 5 min. drive, larger supermarkets 10 min. away.
