Urban garden studio

Our home is close to parks, cinema, restaurants and shops, and 20 minutes to the beach. You’ll love our home because of the outdoor space, the pool, the quiet neighbourhood, and close proximity to the city (3 minute walk to bus stop), the beach and the Adelaide Hills . Our studio is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. It is a self contained studio in a garden setting with private access and use of pool and gas BBQ plus continental style breakfast. The space The accommodation has its own access from the road and to the back garden and pool. It is a self contained studio in a garden setting with private access and use of pool and built-in natural gas BBQ. The studio has a Double bed, heating and air conditioning, TV and WiFi. The kitchenette is equipped with a sink, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle and toaster. It does not have a cook top or oven. We provide coffee, tea,milk, bread, cereal, jam - enough for a light breakfast each day. It is an easy walk to laundry, shops, and restaurants. Guest access The studio is in the rear of the garden past the pool and away from the main house. It is private and secure. It is accessed through our driveway down the side of the house. Guests have access to the garden, BBQ and pool as well as their accommodation Other things to note If you need to check in after 6 pm then that is no problem as you can contact us prior to that time and we can make arrangements to leave keys. Please let us know if you wish to stay past 10am. We're quite flexible on departure time, but our ability to grant extended stays depends on the arrival time of incoming guests. Note that we have a small very sociable dog that roams through the garden and pool area.
