Appartement - Aire - Surf & Yoga Villa

The house has been awarded by various architectural newspapers in the 1990s. The large apartment is semi-circular. Glass leashes between the walls and ceiling let indirect light into the house all day. There is a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower and a toilet, a bedroom with a walk-in closet, a kitchen and a living room with a sea view. All rooms surround the terrace with fireplace from which you have a fantastic sea view. The space The villa has a swimming pool, sauna, outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, fireplace that can be shared with the other residents. There are a total of three apartments/studios (as of the beginning of 2019). For the use of the sauna and hot tub, there is a small charge on site to pay the energy costs. Since the summer of 2023, the electricity consumed on the property has been generated through the in-house photovoltaic system. The sun of Fuerteventuras provides so much energy that our solar panels provide additional electricity to the public grid. Guest access Guests can use the big swimming pool, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen, fireplace and yoga pedestal. A sauna can also be used for an extra charge (for the energy costs).
