On the ground floor, there is a living room with a double bed and a sitting room, a laundry room, the main bathroom, and the entrance to the house. Upstairs, there is a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, a toilet, and a small terrace. The space It is an old house, ceilings of noble woods, mainly chestnut, thick walls to maintain the temperature inside the house, both in summer and winter. Renovated a few years ago, it is kept in very good condition. It has very good views from a very cozy terrace. On clear days, Africa can be seen, and the proximity between continents is impressive. The house is heated with a wood stove (firewood not included) and there is also an electric heater in each bedroom, for colder days. Guest access The entire house is available for guests. It has a laundry room with a washing machine and washing sink, and there is a whirlpool bathtub for a warm, relaxing bath.
