Sumiya is located on the banks of the mysterious Otawa River, where the hot water gushes out from the bottom, in the middle of Kawayu Onsen. It is a unique hot spring where you can play in the river in the summer and enjoy the large open-air bath built in the river in the winter. It's also great to watch the Milky Way sparkle in the night sky at your own mini hot spring that you dug with a shovel in the riverbed. Kumano Kodo and Hongu Taisha Shrine are also nearby, so why not come and enjoy Kawayu, which combines culture, history, and leisure? Meals If you order at least 3 days before your stay, You can order dinner, breakfast, and bento boxes. Dining seats are limited.
