Choose this romantic and classy home right in the heart of Rome city center! Imagine being just 15 min walk from the Colosseum, and from the Trevi Fountain! Termini station is 3 minutes walk away, so you can arrive comfortably from the airport in only 28 minutes and reach everywhere in town in the blink of an eye thanks to the metro lines B (Colosseum 2min, Circus Maximus 5min) and A (Trevi fountain 5min, Spanish Steps 7min, Vatican 9min). The house has all comforts, AC, WIFI, equipped Kitchen! The space PLEASE NOTICE: the cleaning fee of €60 IS NOT included in the payment you will make on Airbnb. You will be required to pay this amount at arrival. WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY AT ARRIVAL? My house is cleaned by a professional. I don't want to receive money on behalf of others, so I prefer you pay directly the person in charge. THE CLEANING FEE SEEMS HIGH The cleanings are deep and accurate in my house. Good jobs take time to be accomplished, and those who do the work must be paid fairly. If you find low cleaning fees elsewhere, it means that the service is completed quickly or that the workers are underpaid. I invite you to choose my house because the cleaning fee accounts for all of these things. AND because it's beautiful and wonderfully located! The house The large main room has a comfortable sofa, a dining table for four, a kitchen corner equipped with all you need to cook your favorite Italian dishes ;). The house is extremely quite which is a big advantage for a home in the town center. The bedroom is comfortable and with ensuite bathroom. Up the stairs another sleeping area with a comfortable double bed and a sofa. The atmosphere is relaxed and elegant, you'll fall in love with this artistic loft! Guest access The home is in the heart of Rome and close to both metro A and B. Everything is in reach within 10 min by walking or metro. The area is very close to the cars forbidden zone, so you must be careful with cameras, better to contact me in advance in case you are driving. Parking is not easy in the city center, in the road there is a public garage very close by where you can park for a fee. TAXI DISCOUNT: in the house manual you will find a code for a taxi discount voucher for the first ride with FREENOW. Other things to note - The cleaning fee €60 is not included in the price you pay on Airbnb. You will be required to pay it at arrival. - The calendar is always updated so if you find the dates you are interested in available you can book straight away. - You may checkin early but it depends on the previous booking, so I will only be able to tell you a few days before your arrival. You may pass by and drop your bags from 11:30 onwards being careful not to slow down the cleaners in their job. - Late checkin is possible with an extra fee of €25 to pay to the person who waits for you at the house and €40 after 24:00. - I comply with the low. I will have to ask your document details to complete a mandatory registration with the local police office. We will also have to sign a formal contract as the low on short lettings requires it.
