We have everything covered: Comfortable Furniture, Tastefull Décor, Clutter-Free (Dust-Free) Environment, Mood Lighting, 50 inch TV, Chromecast, Sound System, Satellite TV channels/Spotify account for the Sonos speakers in every room, and much much more. So Relax and Socialise! (Weekly Discount 10%. Monthly Discount 20%) The space (As hosts, we only communicate in Dutch, French, and English.) Additional Costs: (Additional costs are local costs that must be paid at the Reception.) Variable costs may change. Key Deposit: On arrival the reception will ask a deposit for the key. (This is not a Security Deposit.) Reception Cost: 25€ Cleaning: 55€ (No Self-Cleaning) Local Tourist Tax: 2€ per person per night (from 12 years old) (Max. 40€ per booking) Water: 2€ per night Electricity Meter Reading: The Reception requires a clear photo of the meter reading on arrival and on departure. The electricity meter can be found on the right of the chalet, between chalet 69 and 70. Off-Peak is from 10pm-7am during the week and from 10pm Friday - 7am Monday. Internet: Unlimited at 30 Mbps (Max.) Our own 4G Modem. Sound System: Lounge – Sonos 5.1 Surround Sound System for TV, Music, and Radio. (A long HDMI cable is available for you to connect to your devices.) Large Bedroom - Sonos One - Stereo pair Small Bedroom - Sonos Play:1 Bathroom - Sonos Play:1 You have full access to the entire Spotify Library, and TuneIn Radio Stations. (All the Sonos speakers can be operated from the tablet in the hall.) Lighting: All lights in the chalet are energy saving LED lights. They are all dimmable and controlled by remotes. Colour lights can be found in the Dining Room, Lounge and on the bedside cabinets in the Large Bedroom. By pressing the Top button on the remote several times you get the following settings: Last Setting, Warm White, Daylight White, Red, Pink, Purple, Blue, Light Blue, Green. In the other area’s you will find different tones of Warm-Cold White light. Heating: Electrical Wall Heaters with Built-In Thermostats are available in the Lounge, Dining Room, Hall, Large & Small Bedrooms. For our and your convenience and comfort, a brand new pellet stove with remote control has been installed. The instructions to use the pellet stove are available, but if you have never used a pellet stove, then we would suggest that you use the wall heaters. (You can buy pellets in the department stores in the area or bring them from home.) The pellet stove is only available from October to end of March. (Pellets can be purchased at the Reception.) Bathroom: Bath (No shower), Sink, Heater, Sonos. Pets: We allow pets to keep you company in the chalet, but, you are expected to fold all blankets on the couches and put them in a cupboard, and replace them with blankets of your own to capture your pet's hair. Do not leave your pet alone in the chalet at all times. As our chalet is pet friendly, we advise people with pet allergies of this. Patio Furniture: From April to the beginning of October, our patio furniture is on the terrace. This is stored away in the cold months of the year. Appliances: Microwave Oven, Induction Stove Plates, Oven, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Airfryer Machine, Bread Machine, Espresso/Coffee Machine, Hand Blender, Vacuum Cleaner, Hair Dryer, Iron, TV, Chromecast, Soundbar, Sonos Speakers. Walks: In the Chalet you will find a Walking Guide (In French and Dutch) that includes 9 Colour Marked trails with distances from 5km (1h30min) to 25km (6h). We have also created personal walks to areas as seen in the images. Safety: The Bathroom/Toilet, Large and Small Bedroom are lockable. No smoking is permitted in the chalet. No BBQ is permitted in or around the chalet or terrace. (We have created a walk to a barbecue area, known as "Whispering Waters" as seen in the images, which is situated next to the river and is 2.7km away from the chalet.)
