Detached vacation home with fenced garden

This luxury 6-person holiday home is located on a leisure park near the Wadden Sea, Franeker and Harlingen (address: Bargereed 4, Tzummarum). The park features a swimming pool (free access), a playground, there is a snack bar available and you can use the tennis courts for free. On the plot (over 500 m2) are 2 parking spaces. The garden is completely fenced. Maximum 2 pets. Recreational rental only. No workers and (youth)groups allowed. The space The house is fully equipped and has a very spacious living room with open kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, Senseo and regular coffee maker. Furthermore, there is a TV, radio, washing machine and dryer and high chair in the house. Free of charge is also available. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (with mosquito screens), each with 2 single beds and a bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor. Other things to note In the Ascension weekend, the village festival takes place in the village from 28 May to 1 June. There is then a small carnival and there are activities and music in the sports area next to the park, which can cause noise nuisance. Bed linen is available for €10 per person. Towels and kitchen linen are not provided and also not for rent.
