Detached vacation home with fenced garden

This luxury 6-person vacation home is located on a recreational park near the Wadden Sea, Franeker and Harlingen (address: Bargereed 4, Tzummarum). The park has a swimming pool (free access), a playground, there is a snack bar and you can use the tennis courts for free. On the plot (over 500 m2) there are 2 parking spaces. The garden is fully enclosed. Maximum 2 pets. Recreational rental only. No workers and (youth) groups allowed. The space The house is full of comforts and has a very spacious living room with open kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, Senseo and regular coffee maker. Furthermore, the house has a TV, radio, washing machine and dryer and high chair. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (with mosquito nets), each with 2 single beds and a bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower. On the ground floor is another separate toilet. Other things to note In the Ascension weekend, the village festival takes place in the village from May 28 to June 1. There is then a small carnival and there are activities and music on the sports field next to the park, which can cause noise. Bed linen is available for rent for €10 per person. Towels and kitchen linen are not provided and are not for rent.
