Warneet Retreat

Warneet retreat is a cosy little home away from home. It's ideal for couples or singles. It has a queen size bed. Well behaved dogs are welcome! It's separate from the main house and has front and back doors, a fenced deck and barbecue area. There is a hairdryer, ironing board and iron supplied. The kitchen has a large fridge, electric cook top and microwave oven. Relax in front of the 50 inch TV, watch Netflix or play a game.The retreat is heated and cooled by a split system. The space Warneet Retreat is located in the small, friendly coastal village of Warneet, which is situated on Westernport Bay. Step outside your door and across the road to a small beach where you can swim at high tide. There are walking and cycling tracks along the inlet or through bushland. The birdlife is amazing. A couple of hundred metres away there is a free tennis court, basketball ring, lookout and oval. (I have tennis raquets and balls you can borrow). There is a small jetty across the road you can fish from and free public barbeques. Guest access The retreat is self contained with its own back deck and barbeque area. There is a park bench out the front so you can catch the sun all day (or not). There is parking for 1 car just outside the fence on the nature strip. Other things to note Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the retreat (please check with me at the time of booking)-there is a doggie door out to the back deck that can be locked or opened. The property is fully fenced but at the moment there is no complete separation between my dog and all the yard except for the back deck.
