Guest enters single family home to access basement suite for their private use. Renovated basement includes natural light, half bath, futon bed and comfortable work space. Female guests preferred because shower is located on 1st floor which is the primary living space for the host. With good communication, access to shower can easily be accommodated and privacy will be respected. This listing is best for a guest with predictable daily schedule to match that of host and resident dog. The space Small single family home in residential neighborhood. Guest access Daily ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE times need to be communicated in advance. The house is usually closed during the daytime. Home is not suited well for guests who need to come and go frequently. During your stay I am happy to answer questions and chat occasionally, but I appreciate privacy and will respect yours. Other things to note 1) TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF and the REASON FOR YOUR TRAVEL. 2) A DOG is on site. Guest must be comfortable with the unpredictable sounds and behavior of a young dog still in training. The dog will not have access to the guest's room. 3) NON-SMOKING guests only. Due to severe allergies, guests who smoke are not allowed in the house. Even if a guest smokes elsewhere, residual smoke on clothing can remain on bedding, towels, rugs, etc. 4) VISITORS NOT PERMITTED: Only guest is allowed in the home. 5) SHOWER is shared and located in the first floor bathroom which is the primary living space for the host. With communication between guest and host, access to shower can easily be accommodated and privacy will be respected. 6) Limited access to host's microwave and KITCHEN is allowed on the first floor. Guest will have hot pot and refrigerator for private use in their room. 7) LOW CEILING: if you are 5'10" or below you should not have trouble in the basement! 8) No egress exit in basement.
