The Gardener's Cottage (Free Parking)

The Gardener's Cottage forms part of the old grounds of a Victorian stately home. Our guests say this is a truly magical place with a unique energy. The property is hidden surrounded by its own plot of land giving the feel you are in the countryside however you are only a 15 minute bus ride from the end of the road into busy central Brighton. The space The house was built end 1800s and has a contemporary feel with new and old. It used to be the Gardener`s house of the Withdean Hall estate, hence the name. It is a gated house and there is free parking just outside. Front Garden: You come into the property via the front garden. Back Garden: There is a secluded walled garden which is exclusively for your use to the rear of the house. It has separate access via the living/TV room. Kitchen: There is a very large kitchen opening out to a private patio. This is the heart of the house. It has sofa seating as well as dining facilities. The kitchen includes a large range cooker, double fridge, dish washer. Bedroom : This large double room is downstairs with king size bed. It has surrounding views over both gardens. Living room: Views and access to the back garden. Large corner sofa that can be converted to a sofa bed. Bathrooms: Downstairs with walk in shower/wet room. RESTRICTIONS We are unable to accept Hen parties or Stag weekends, and hosting large scale parties. The booking guests must be at least 21 years old. Inside the whole property is non-smoking.
