Though centrally located, it’s surrounded by lush greenery and a charming garden with a lovely sitting area, perfect for enjoying your morning tea or an evening chat. The cottage is bright, airy, and designed to feel like home, offering both comfort and calm. Inside, you’ll find all essentials - a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, induction stove, and cookware suitable for a family of four. The air-conditioned space includes an Android TV, washing machine, iron, and free high-speed Wi-Fi. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and geyser for a relaxing touch. With inverter backup for lights and fans and a secure two-step entry, you can unwind without worry. Whether you’re here for work, medical care, or a quiet getaway, our cottage offers the warmth of a home with the convenience of city life. We look forward to hosting you with care and comfort. Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire studio cottage and the garden sitting area. You are welcome to use all amenities, including the kitchen, laundry, and living spaces. The garden, shared within the complex, is ideal for quiet reading or enjoying an evening cup of tea. Entry to the property is through a secure entry for your safety and peace of mind. Other things to note To ensure a smooth and seamless check-in, please send us a soft copy of each guest’s government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Driver’s License). This is required for all guests above 18 years of age, while children staying with parents are exempt. The apartment accommodates up to five guests. For bookings with more than three guests, there is an additional charge of ₹500 per person per night. Any extra guest (the fourth or fifth) must be approved in advance by both the host and Airbnb. Visitors who are not staying overnight are welcome during the day, but we ask that you inform us in advance should someone need to stay overnight. As the neighborhood is conservative, we do not host local unmarried couples. This guideline does not apply to foreign nationals. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain harmony and respect for local values. To maintain a clean and pleasant environment, guests are requested to use the bins provided for waste and leftovers. The apartment will be cleaned daily by our housekeeper, ensuring that your space remains fresh and comfortable throughout your stay. Smoking is permitted only in the garden area and is strictly prohibited inside the cottage and within the shared spaces of the complex. We also request at least 24 hours’ notice for any late check-in or early check-out so we can make suitable arrangements. We truly appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
