This beautiful, open room is located in the attic of our house. It is equipped with a comfortable and wide single bed as well as a new sofa bed for 2 people and a modern wall unit. The great bathroom is integrated into the room and has a whirlpool bathtub. The space We live in a detached house with a large garden near the Filderstadt S-Bahn station. Your open room can be reached via a bright wooden staircase. Your temporary kingdom is equipped with a 1.20 m x 2.00 m large and very comfortable bed, a sofa bed 1.40 m x 2.00 m and a large wardrobe wall. The absolute highlight of this beautiful room is the private, directly adjacent modern bathroom with whirlpool bathtub. Since you are alone on the top floor of our house, privacy is guaranteed. If required, we will gladly provide a travel cot and high chairs for toddlers. Here is the ideal starting point to the *Universities of Hohenheim and Vaihingen, *Stuttgart Trade Fair/Airport (1 S-Bahn station away) *Outletcity Metzingen *to Stuttgart, *the historic cities of Tübingen, Esslingen and Nürtingen as well as *for a musical visit to the SI-Centrum Pick up at the airport is also possible by arrangement. We are happy to help with excursion planning or can also recommend a wide variety of restaurants. We speak German and English. Parking right in front of the house is possible. Guest access If you want, you can enjoy the sun in our garden. If you clean up again, you are welcome to use our kitchen. Coffee and tea are available. Other things to note A modern, narrow wooden staircase leads to our beautiful room under the roof. The room has no door, otherwise the charm of this great room would disappear.
