If you like to be in the center of one of the most buzzing areas of Copenhagen, where coffee shops, cozy bars, places to shop local design are just around the corner, this flat is perfect for you! The space The flat is an older classic 3 room Copenhagen-apartment with one ample bedroom, living room, dining room, one large bathroom and a full kitchen. The living room includes a spacious sofa area with Smart TV, along with a connected dining room with a large table with eight chairs. The bedroom includes a kingsize continental bed (hard), and is situated with a window opening to the the quiet, green backyard. The kitchen includes basic tools for cooking, a fridge and a stove/oven. The kitchen is vintage, but clean, so if you want a home cooked meal, both the oven and the stove can be used, but only separately. The large bathroom is furnished with shower, sink, and a toilet. The windows are facing the amenable backyard, where you can chill out, hang out, shoot the breeze, read a book, do some bbq, play basket and park your bike. Guest access The entire apartment is freely accessible, however please respect already closed cupboards, drawers and boxes with private belongings. Other things to note Two small cats usually live with me in the apartment - however, they will not be there during your stay. A general cleaning will be done before you arrive and everything the cats stay on and in (beds etc.) will be removed - but be aware of possible sensitive allergies to cats.
