Studio Apartment with En Suite

Contemporary, comfortable, light garden studio with King size double bed, fast broadband and wi-fi and Netflix etc; essential cooking equipment and modern en suite shower room. The toilet works on a Mascerator system (i.e. it is not on main drainage) so care must be taken as to what is discarded in it. Access is through the main apartment. Suitable for two adults. Professional owner & dog in adjoining main apartment (and sometimes an additional dog staying). The space Beautifully light and situated in a stunning garden. Wooden floor, dining table and desk as well as a large TV with Amazon Firestick. Access is via the main apartment where I have a small Cockapoo (Tuppence) who will bark when you arrive and leave. We also often entertain friends' dogs so if you are animal averse, this is not the place for you! Guest access Guests have total use of the space and access is via the host's main apartment and through the garden. Other things to note The owner has a small Cockapoo dog who will bark at your arrival but will welcome you warmly once you have settled in. Friendly and not dangerous! Often has pooch friends to stay! So studio is only suitable for dog friendly guests. For bookings over one month my cleaner will inspect and if necessary, undertake cleaning for which the guest must pay. This avoids any damage and disputes after departure.
