Spacious room in quiet home with free wifi.

Our home is situated between Bournemouth and Boscombe. We are about 15 minutes from the main railway and coach station. The main bus routes are 5-7 minutes walk away and a 15 minute walk will take you to the sea via the beautiful Boscombe Gardens. Your room has kettle, TV. & workspace. Smoking is not permitted. We welcome singles and business travelers. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our house (lots of stairs) it is unsuitable for wheelchair access. There is free on-road parking. The space Your room has a comfortable divan bed with non allergenic duvet and pillows. There is a vanity unit, large wardrobe, generous workspace with USB charging points, free Wi-Fi, tea/coffee facilities, hair dryer and flat screen t.v. with Freeview. There are no facilities for cooking food. A microwave is available for reheating pre-prepared meals which can be eaten in our breakfast room. We have very limited food storage space. We have very limited space for chilled food storage. We provide hand sanitiser, shower gel and towels. There is a separate toilet close to the room. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house. Your room is cleaned according to Airbnb's Cleaning Protocol. Guest access You are free to come and go as you wish. You have 24 hour access to your room. The bath/shower is available at all times. The breakfast room is available if you have a take-away. During your stay We are always happy to help with directions, public transport advice, restaurant suggestions etc. Other things to note You are welcome to receive delivered meals. or to use our kitchen to heat a ready meal in the miucrowave but preparation and cooking of food is not allowed. Please eat your meal in the Breakfast room. (We'll provide plates and cutlery!)
