Entire 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom terrace house in Denhams Beach (on sought after beach side of Beach Road). Simply park your car in the garage upon arrival and you are in easy walking distance to beaches/shops/cafes/activities. Tennis court and swimming pool in centre of complex. Your holiday starts the minute you walk in the door with all linen supplied and beds made ready for use. Tastefully decorated throughout with either brand new or quality used furnishings and bedding. Huge open plan living room with balconies (north side with beach views and south side overlooking complex garden and tennis court) , large new couch, 6 seater dining table (easily made into 8 seater using adjustable kitchen bench stools if required), 65” smart TV, DVD player (with range of DVD’s) and pool table. Large range of family books, games and puzzles. Attached kitchen with new cook top, appliances, sink and tap, updated oven, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toasters and brand new dishwasher! Fridge and pantry stocked with basic non-perishables. Freshly painted and updated appliances, fixtures and fittings throughout. New ceiling fans with LED lights in all bedrooms and living area. 2 BBQ’s (large one slightly aged by the sea air in private courtyard and new small one on upper balcony). Master bedroom on lower level with queen bed and tv with DVD player. Attached en-suite with new dual shower heads and tap wear. New carpet, ceiling fan, lights (including bedside x 2) and bedding. Second bedroom with queen bed and Hollywood mirror dressing table on middle floor. New carpet, ceiling fan, lights (including bedside x 2) and bedding. Third bedroom with king single bunk over queen bed, tv (nil reception on this level, but works for DVD’s and gaming), and PS3 with 20 games on middle floor. New ceiling fan, lights (including bedside x 2) and carpet. Also on middle floor is a separate toilet and large bathroom. Bathroom has new dual shower heads and tap ware. New mats and towels. Heat pump spa bath (original but in great working order). Extra large washing machine and dryer (plus fully stocked laundry) inside garage. Garage is two car, but can only house one vehicle (very spaciously) due to laundry and heavy duty storage units built in by previous owner. Any additional vehicles can be parked on quiet street (culdesac) at the front of the property. Personal outdoor clothes line just outside garage, plus fold out airer stored next to laundry sink. New fully automated garage door with remote on keys, plus wall switch next to stairs. Handy shower hoses at both front and rear for rinsing off sand if returning from beach. Private north facing courtyard with 6 seater outdoor setting and extra seating. Large gas BBQ, (cute resident lizards!) and hose for rinsing sand off if returning from beach to this front entrance. Guest access Access to everything. Other things to note Because we live 2 hours drive away, we cannot absolutely guarantee the cleanliness of outdoor areas upon your arrival, but a quick wipe over (with provided wipes/cloth) and the picking up off the odd small branch/twig (a small price to pay for the pleasure of living amongst all those magnificent trees❣️) should be all that is required. There is a place for the bins to be stored inside the courtyard along the front wall - our lovely neighbours help out with putting them back for us when we are not there to do it ourselves, but as many of them are also part time residents there is no guarantee of this either. Depending on the weather, the front door can stick at little, but a gentle shove/pull will easily get you in and out. The air hockey side of the sports table is unfortunately no longer in working order, so the table must be kept as is on the pool table side up (this is a safety issue and therefore a house rule).
