Welcome to Seascape House, a self catered Guest Suite with incredible sea views overlooking the beautiful North Norfolk coastline & nearby Cromer Pier. The suite has private access, off road parking & is only a 5minute walk to Cromer town or a minute's walk to the beach. Boasting comfortable, home from home living, for guests who want to enjoy the coastlife. This fully furnished suite includes everything needed to make a truly comfortable break while enjoying everything that Cromer has to offer. The space The suite comprises of a light double bedroom with bay window seating area looking out onto the glorious views over the North Norfolk Coast. The bedroom walks through to a comfortable home from home lounge area with leather sofas, television and lots of photographs of the local area. The lounge area opens onto the well appointed kitchen with oven & hob, fridge freezer and washing machine. A private entrance opens up onto a beautiful garden with private decking area with bbq facilities (on request) and patio heater. This also opens onto the private gravel driveway for off road parking and up to 2 cars. Please note that the suite has 1 main bedroom with 1 double divan bed. However, it can also be furnished with a comfortable pull out double Z bed for additional guests or children. For younger children, we also have blow up toddler beds (2 available) and a travel crib that can be available on request. Guest access The guest suite is entirely self contained with a private driveway and private entrance. Keys can be obtained from a coded key box (code will be provided before arrival) and so allows for ease and flexibility of arrival and coming and going during your stay. If you are likely to need additional keys, please let us know in advance and an additional key can be left in the suite on arrival. Other things to note Please note that until at least October 2025, necessary works to improve the sea defences will be taking place in the car park directly opposite Seascape House. While this slightly detracts from the immediate view from our bay window, the Sunsets to the West are as lovely as ever. Sadly, these are necessary works to protect Cromer for generations to come.
