Independent studio on the ground floor with private entrance, kitchenette, toilet and bathroom, shower. The pool is shared with us. Please note that the street is prohibited for vehicles over 3.5 T. We are away from the city center (2 km). No public transportation, it is necessary to have a vehicle. The space Kitchen equipped with microwave, mini electric oven, double electric hob, filter coffee maker and Senséo, kettle, toaster, small fridge and small 3-drawer freezer. Dishes available. Guest access Shared pool access from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The pool is shared with us (we use it mainly at noon, in the evening, on Wednesdays and weekends, possibility to use it outside of hours upon request. Please note that the pool is not available from the end of September to mid-May depending on the weather conditions we may have, it is neither covered nor heated and therefore depends on the periods and weather conditions of the year. Other things to note Le Luc is located in the center of Var and allows you to easily travel to Toulon, St Tropez, Fréjus, St Raphaël, Aix en Provence and the beaches (from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours by road). Nice, Marseille and the Verdon Gorges are about 1.5 to 2 hours away. These times do not take into account traffic conditions that may increase them depending on the influx and hours. Closer, you can discover Thoronet and its perfectly preserved Cistercian abbey dating from the late 12th century, as well as Lorgues and its Provencal market on Tuesday mornings.
