Villa Mia Tiga in the Heart of Seminyak

This beautiful private villa is nestled in the heart of the popular Oberoi area within Bali’s Seminyak district. From here it is just 350m walking to Oberoi Street where you can find a variety of restaurants, boutiques, bars and spas. At the same time the villa is just far enough away from the bustling of Seminyak to relax in a private and quiet atmosphere. The closest beach is 950m away. The space A cozy living area, a private pool, comfortable king-size beds, en suite bathrooms, two bathtubs, a jacuzzi, a koi pond and a fully equipped kitchen make a perfect home for families, couples and groups of friends. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, safety boxes and en suite marble bathroom with each bathtub and shower. At night you will sleep in king-size beds on comfortable Serta mattresses and we also provide different kinds of pillows to make sure you have a good night’s sleep. After sunset the villa is lit by many strong and soft, direct and indirect LED lights which you can individually turn on and off to create a comfortable atmosphere for yourself. The total villa size is 165 m2 and the pool size is 3,5x6,5 m with a shallow end (100cm) and a deep end (180cm). The villa was built in 2019 and we do fixing and small renovations regularly to keep everything in very good condition. Please note that the villa has open spaces with gardens. We do our best to keep animals like insects and small lizards out but you should still expect to see some. The small lizards are very common in Bali. They like to stay on the wall and ceiling and are completely harmless. The living area is open to the garden area and is equipped with ceiling fans. The bedrooms are closed and airconditioned. Please also note that we rely on public power supply and depend on a provider for internet. You can also decide the time our housekeeping will clean the villa and make up the beds every day. The villa is in short walking distance to the main street and to the beach. For short distances in Seminyak we don’t recommend using a car because walking or using scooters (we can organize for you) is easier and often quicker. If you bring your own car, please note that the street access is a bit narrow (especially for very large cars and if you are not used to driving in small streets).
