Yzerfontein Dune House

Duinhuis is a beautiful beach house, perfectly located on the dune above the lovely Yzerfontein beach. Duinhuis recently went through an extensive modernization, offering now 4 bedrooms with en suit bathrooms. Well behaved pets are welcome on request - please see our related T&C's It contains 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, and on the upper floor one large apartment style main bedroom with a large king size bed, and open bath, and a 2nd bedroom with with en suit bathroom. The space The open space living room faces directly onto the sea, with the Dassen Island lighthouse on the horizon. Come and spend some lovely days with us. Downstairs are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom: one with shower and the other one with bath. One bedroom has single beds that can pushed together, the other room has two three quarter beds that are currently pushed together. Pets: Small pets are welcome; larger pets - please contact us before booking to discuss. Pets must be added to the guest list. Please note that we’re charging a once off extra fee for pets. Unfortunately experienced has lead to add a small fee. Please be aware that pets are not allowed to jump onto couches or beds. Smaller sized pets - if well behaved - might share the sofa with you if you make sure to have them on your own blanket or have covered the sofa with your own blanket or alike. Please note that the property is not fully fenced, with wild animals (eg. ostriches, turtles etc) are roaming the area. With bringing your pets with you, you accept to take full responsibility and accountability for every possible damage or additional cleaning needs. Other things to note Pets: We love animals and understand that most of them really do behave in such manner that it is no problem in an all white beach house, with mostly white furniture, a pool and sand all around it. Unfortunately it went quite wrong on different occasions. Therefore we’ve decided to add a once off per fee or R1000 per booking. Small pets are welcome (on request and written consent/agreement; please add pets into the booking); larger pets - please contact us before booking to discuss. WEEKLY DISCOUNT We do offer weekly discounts between 10% and 25% from February until November - please contact us for a special quote.
