This convenient apartment will give you everything you need for enjoyable visit. The apartment is brand new and modern renovated. Our studio is situated in a peaceful area of town  hiden from tourist hustle, right in the middle of Lapad. The neighborhood provides you with a supermarket,  coffe shops,  frehs bakeries and restorants all within 3 min from apartment. The space The studio apartment is newly refurbished and tastefully decorated. The studio features equipped kitchen, eating area, small closet and a bathroom with a shower. It is credible to pictures. In its vicinity there is a supermarket that will provide you with all groceries you will need for your stay. Bakery that work 24/7 is also in short distance so you can get fresh buns all day long. Because this apartment is located in a living area you can find a lot of cafe bars and restaurants near by. The best part about the location is that is directly connected with an old town. The bus station is only a minute away from the apartment and distance from apartment to old town is walkable so it is a short drive with a bus. Guest access The apartment provides a flat-screen TV, free WI-Fi, air conditioning, iron and a hairdryer. There is an equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove, kettle and a fridge. In the kitchen you will also find cutlery, plates, glasses and cups. The apartment is also featuring a bathroom with a shower. You will be provided with towels. This apartment has a unique story to it, as it has recently been converted from a garage into a fully living condo. I will be happy to have you as part of our story so don't hesitate with your reservation. I can be flexible with the check in/check out times if the apartment is free for previous or next day, otherwise please make sure that check-in is after 2 PM and check-out is until 10 AM. This is the only way I can keep the apartment freshly cleaned for all my guests :)
