Green Island in the city

The space Fresh air, Mediterranean plants in the heart of Budapest City- it’s not immpossible, it might be. Living accomodation: 8 persons - in 4 bedrooms with separate bathrooms. You may find our guesthouse really close to the Citadella only 300 meters far, on the Gellért-hill, in a 2000 sq. meters green park with beautiful alpine garden, between the tujas and cedars. There are 4 rooms, 3 of them double bedroom, and one twin room, with a beautiful view to the Danube, to the Citadella, and the city. Each room has separate bathrooms. There is a big living room at the middle of the apartment, with kitchen equipped with kettle, dishes, fridge, oven, etc. The guesthouse also perfect and ideal to group of friends, or families to stay, if they'd like to rent the entire apartment. You may rest on several deckchair in the breath- taking garden. From May till September if the weather is good enough, we serve the breakfast on the terrace with the beautiful panorama.Breakfast available as an extra for 8 euros. The breakfast means the typical Hungarian rich dish, with fresh non- sugar juices, with vary day fresh bakery, with home made jams, ham, Hungarian Pick salami, cheese, vegetables, muesli, ham and eggs, coffee and tea. The Citadella guesthouse has visitors since 1985, from abroad as well as from Hungary, many of them is a home coming visitor. From our guesthouse you can easily reach every prefered tourist places, such as the Buda Castle ( appr. 20 minutes walking), the Great Market Hall, and the famous Váci utca by walk is about 10-12 minutes. Budapest has a good public transport, especially the three metrolines and tramps. In that case we prefer the Budapest Card- available 24h for short time period, 48h and 72 hours as well.With Budapest card public transport is for free,you may also visit most of the museum with free entry and gives you 20-30% discounts in restaurants, in Budapest baths and spas, and for boat tirps on the Danube.
