The space Superior Apartment: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom ( shower) , separate space for the living room & kitchen, balcony with sea view with sitting area. In the living room there is a standard size single bed (0.8mx1.90m long) for the 3rd guest and a built-in corner sofa, which can accommodate the 4th guest. Room Facilities: Wi-Fi, A/C, TV, equipped kitchen, iron, hair dryer, telephone, safe, terrace with clear sea view and outdoor dining area (table-chairs). Cleaning: daily or every 2 days, Changing Linens: every 3 days. More cleaning can be provided with extra charge. Check-in: 15h00 and Check-out: 10h00 max. Guest access All the units of the resort share the Infinity Swimming pool, the Pool Cafe – Bar (for breakfast, brunch, cocktails, beverages, drinks and light meals), the outdoor mini gym and yoga deck, a laundry room, free parking areas and free WiFi at the outside/common areas. Paradise beach is just 3-4minutes walking from the resort. At Paradise beach there is a bus stop (connection to Mykonos town), water taxi (connection to South beaches), mini market, beach bars and clubs, restaurants, sunbeds, water sports and scuba diving school. Other things to note 1 ) Please kindly note: BY SUBMITTING A RESERVATION REQUEST, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU AGREE WITH THE HOUSE RULES (as they can be seen at the house rules section on this property listing). Registration form (terms - house rules acceptance form) will be signed by the host and the guest confirming these terms on arrival. A copy of the guest's passports is kept securely during the stay and destroyed on departure. 2) The guests personal details are kept securely and are NOT shared with third parties as defined by the GDPR regulation and the local laws and policies. They are only used for the purpose of this reservation and shared with the authorities (police) if requested for some serious reason. 3) Mykonos is a party island but we have specific requirements (as shown on the House Rules section). We are happy to see our guests to have a nice time but with respect to the others and the property, and partying is not allowed in the premises. People that are not our guests are not allowed in the premises for security reasons. In case you have a visitor, we need to be informed in advance. We have the right to decline the visitors to the premises. 4) This unit is part of a resort, which is located close to the beach, where music/noise is heard, especially on the peak summer period. Also, our pool bar plays some music during its opening times (9am-10pm). Please ask if you need more information and/or read our past guests reviews for more information. The owners are not responsible for any music/noise heard outside our premises. No refunds are given in case of cancellation because of the music. 5) There are 24hour CCTV cameras outside and a security guard for safety reasons 6) This unit is part of a resort with working personnel (reception office, pool and bar, maids, etc) and the owners are living at the premises.
